At The Black Goat, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Holiday Extension: Items purchased between November 15th and December 25th can be returned until January 31st.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund, items must be in their original "shelf-ready" condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not show signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or stains.

  • Tags Attached: All original hangtags and labels must be intact.

  • Packaging: Please return the item in its original branded packaging to ensure protection during transit.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. The Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed (usually within 24 hours), we will send you a Prepaid Return Label.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC). This typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A nominal return processing fee of $6.95 (or local equivalent) will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color of the same style. If you wish to exchange for a different product entirely, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a 100% refund or a free replacement immediately.
